3. Use of Storage Units
You agree to use the storage unit solely for lawful purposes. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, illegal goods, and perishable items.
3.1 Prohibited Items
- Explosives and flammable materials
- Perishable food items
- Illicit substances
3.2 Responsibility for Belongings
Chelsea Self Storage is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your stored items. We recommend obtaining insurance for your belongings.
4. Access to Storage Units
Access is typically available during specified hours. Extended access may be arranged upon request.
4.1 Access Hours
Our standard access hours are Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM.
4.2 Security Measures
Facilities are equipped with surveillance cameras and individual unit alarms to ensure the safety of your belongings.
5. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the rental agreement with proper notice. Upon termination, the tenant must remove all belongings by the specified date.
5.1 Notice Period
A minimum of 30 days' notice is required to terminate the agreement without penalty.
5.2 Late Removal
Failure to remove belongings on time may result in additional fees or the disposal of items at the tenant's expense.
6. Liability
Chelsea Self Storage disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our storage facilities.
6.1 Insurance
We strongly advise securing insurance to cover any potential loss or damage to your stored items.
6.2 Indemnification
Tenants agree to indemnify and hold Chelsea Self Storage harmless from any claims arising from their use of the storage unit.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Tenants will be notified of significant changes.

Updates to the terms will be communicated via email or through notices at the facility.
7.2 Continued Use
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
